We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a productive and efficient work environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, food safety, bar work and overall restaurant performance.
Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste.
Implement training programs for new employees on food safety, bartending, and kitchen procedures.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is essential.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food production processes.
Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not mandatory.
