We are looking for an additional experienced,
Restaurant Supervisor
to support our Front of House team, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain the high standards our clients expect.
Although based within a leisure complex, this role is very much centred on the restaurant -- our 80-seat contemporary space that attracts clients who come specifically for the food and hospitality we are known for.
Key responsibilities:
Leading and motivating the FOH team during service
Ensuring every client receives attentive, professional service
Managing staffing levels, daily tasks, and communication
Overseeing opening/closing procedures, cashing up, and stock control
Processing all manner of restaurant emails e.g. customer enquiries, pre-orders, deposits & allergens.
Supporting bar operations, placing orders with suppliers
Working closely with the kitchen team to always ensure seamless service
About you:
At least 2 years' supervisory experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Calm under pressure with a practical, client-focused approach
Knowledge of stock control, bar operations, and cellar standards
Professional, reliable, and a team player with a 'can do' attitude
