Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development
Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including dining areas
