We are West Kirby's award winning Spanish inspired Tapas Restaurant, established in 2017 and we're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team.

About the role:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our Front of House team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy restaurant. As well as leading the team, this is a hands-on role and you will be expected to be fully involved in service.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the Front of House team during shifts to deliver outstanding service. Supporting the General Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and cashing up using our digital POS system. Managing bookings, guest flow, and handling any service challenges with professionalism. Taking orders and serving when necessary. Preparing drinks and serving on the bar when necessary. Training, coaching, and developing team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Monitoring cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, ensuring all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are consistently upheld.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Confidence with opening, closing, and cashing up using a digital POS system. Confident, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong understanding of customer service and team dynamics. A passion for hospitality and attention to detail. A positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities. Full availability across weekdays and weekends (currently open Wednesday-Sunday).

Job Details:

Pay - Up to 30,000 per annum plus tips (13 per hour plus tips)

Hours - 40-45 hours per week - must include weekends

Location - West Kirby, Wirral, Merseyside

References required.
