Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Restaurant Team Leader to support the day to day running of our busy restaurant. You`ll lead by example on shift, motivate the team and help deliver a friendly, efficient and memorable experience for every guest.

This role is perfect for someone ready to take the next step in hospitality leadership while staying actively involved on the restaurant floor.

Key responsibilities

Lead and support the front-of-house team during service Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met Open and close the restaurant when required Support the training and onboarding of new team members Monitor service flow and resolve guest queries or complaints confidently Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and health and safety Assist the Restaurant Manager with rota management,shift organisation, stock ordering and stock control Perform the role of shift manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service.

We are looking for:

Previous supervisory experience in a casual dining or hospitality environment Confident communicator with natural leadership skills Passionate about customer service and team development Able to remain calm and organised in a fast paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of food safety and service standards (training provided if needed)

Pay: 12.95-13.50 per hour
