Duties
Supervise all restaurant operations
Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their skills in hospitality
Develop and implement effective strategies for improving restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is required.
Experience in bartending or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff alike.
