We are seeking multiple roles and as such we require motivated and experienced Fryers, counter servers, keyholders and front of house team members to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of the role you will support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Adhere to all food safety and health and safety policies
Provide exceptional customer service
Work in an high paced environment so efficiency is a must
A can-do attitude to all tasks
Liase with management on any tasks such as ordering and locking up of the site where required
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices is highly desirable.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Experience in kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques, is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays as required with own mode of transport to and from work
