Restaurant Team Leader

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced leader to join our in house restaurant and cafe!
Shifts are weekends (both Saturday and Sunday), as well as some weekdays, with additional shifts during school holidays - holiday availability is essential due to the nature of our business.
Typical day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with the setup and preparation of the counter for the day, assisting the restaurant manager with senior tasks such as training, stock ordering, float management, team briefings, and deputising in the manager's absence.
What we're looking for....
A proven ability to meet high standards for food and drink service Previous experience within a coffee shop or hospitality setting is essential (minimum 1 year) Someone with a genuine passion for the art of coffee and customer service Must have good communication and customer service skills Someone that is energetic and can use their initiative Be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness Be able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

The salary will meet at least the national minimum wage for your age and experience.
