Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives aimed at improving service quality.
Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Skills
Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, with a focus on team management.
Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and supervising staff effectively.
Knowledge of food production processes and food preparation techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with guests and staff alike.
Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
