Eve Edinburgh is our Italian restaurant where professional and anticipatory hospitality meets fun and education through our interactive experiences. We are passionate about delivering the finest Italian hospitality in the heart of Edinburgh. As restaurant waiter, you are key to helping our guests create memorable experiences through your menu knowledge and passion for great wine and Italian drinks.



We are a fast paced restaurant where no two days are the same so you will need to be quick as well as able to adapt to different settings as we host a wide range of guests from indivdual diners, hotel residents, celebration groups and other events.

The Details:

What exactly you will be doing...


Learn and retain food beverage and menu knowledge Take and deliver food and beverage orders Use excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written and body language Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized work environment including stocking of supplies, polishing cutlery/glassware, folding napkins, cleaning menus, sanitizing tables, etc. Clear tables, carry plates to dishwashing area The Server must execute fabulous guest service Prepare basic, non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, water, iced tea, etc. Enthusiastically describe details of food dishes and beverages at time of delivery to guests Be a team player!

Background must-have:

Current right to work in The United Kingdom High school or equivalent education required. Preferred: 1-2 years' experience as a waiter in a full service hospitality establishment
