We are seeking an experienced and dynamic supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant & bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and team management, ensuring that our patrons receive exceptional service while maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a blend of leadership, knowledge in the food & beverage sector, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of restaurant & bar operations, including staff supervision and training Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Oversee food preparation and production, maintaining high standards of quality Develop and implement innovative drink and food menus that enhance guest experience Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas

Experience

Proven experience in a restaurant/ bar supervisory role within the hospitality sector Strong food & beverage experience Background in restaurant or hotel environments preferred Demonstrated ability in team management, leadership, and training of staff Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production Experience as a barista or in similar roles is advantageous

Pay: 12.77 per hour
