We are looking for an exceptional Front of house pub & restaurant manager for our gastro pub which is complemented with 6 unique suites at The Plough Inn, Stalisfield, Kent.
As the Front of house manager you will be developing our current team and assisting with the recruitment of new staff, whilst delivering high volume sales through proactive innovation and events.
Working closely with the Head Chef and Owners you will ensure the success of the pub, through strong and enthusiastic leadership, whilst developing, managing, and motivating teams.
You will lead and evolve the operational standards as well as assisting with commercial expectations, through a good understanding of GP, P&L and labour costs.
Own transport is essential due to our beautiful remote location.
