We are recruiting the following post:
Retail and Reuse Manager
37 hours (flexibility required)
Salary 30,000
Based in Rhymney, Caerphilly and Bridgend
We are currently seeking an experienced and enterprising retail manager.
The ideal candidate will be results driven, have exceptional management, retail and commercial skills, a drive to succeed and be an excellent leader and communicator, with experience of managing a team.
Candidates will have a good track record of managing social or private sector enterprise activity. Key elements of the role are to set and meet ambitious targets, grow the enterprise, manage a busy team of staff, volunteers and placements, manage stock, sales and logistics for collections and deliveries, and to seek out and deliver new opportunities for growth.
The role is demanding and rewarding, working for a social enterprise, within a leading regeneration charity.
