THE GIG
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and creative individual to join our UK Marketing team as the Retail & Wholesale Marketing Assistant. In this role, you'll be a key member of a fast paced, creative and hard-working UK Marketing team. Working closely with the Retail & Wholesale Marketing Manager, you'll help shape and bring to life high impactful marketing plans across our Wholesale, DTC Retail and Distributor partners both online and instore. From generating fresh ideas to supporting the roll out of exciting activations, you'll be hands on at every step of the way, turning the big picture strategies into memorable on brand moments. You're a confident communicator who's great at building strong relationships as well as maintaining them, whether it's collaborating with internal teams or working closely with external partners. Your passion for creativity, detail and teamwork will help bring our Global and EMEA marketing strategy to life, making sure every campaign captures the energy and excellence our brand is known for.
MANAGER SUPPORT AND CO-ORDINATION:
Assist in implementing UK Wholesale & EMEA Distributor Marketing activations prioritising key Brand & Product stories to ensure Commercial & Brand targets are delivered.
Communicate the seasonal marketing calendar of activity with Wholesale & Distributor teams
Share seasonal plans with partners on a seasonal basis
Identify and address any issues & opportunities using consumer insight, customer info & commercial acumen.
Engage local partners and agencies during key commercial periods & Product launches.
WHOLESALE ACTIVATION:
Collaborate with EMEA and UK teams to ensure consistency and activate marketing campaigns around key stories and growth pillars.
Support with bringing campaigns to life across retail and digital channels making sure they are aligned with the overall brand calendar; key product story launches and peak commercial moments to improve brand and product visibility at key calendar moments
Support the Retail and Wholesale Marketing Manager with activations with key strategic partners.
Work with key UK & EMEA stakeholders to implement staff incentives, Product training for specific wholesale partners
to oversee management of Myagi platform.
Support with the implementation of experiential activity where suitable with wholesale accounts.
Support with the implementation of POS and fixtures programmes with UK commercial wholesale partners
Liaise with VM to ensure UK Wholesale alignment and consistency with DTC
DISTRIBUTOR ACTIVATION:
Distribute and monitor the use of seasonal digital assets to ensure alignment with our partners.
Support 3rd party store openings to drive awareness of the brand in key locations.
Develop relationships with dedicated Distributor marketing teams to support transitioning markets
Ensure best practice from EMEA marketing is shared and adhered to throughout each season
Ensure Distributor plans meet brand guidelines and have approval from Global and EMEA creative teams
RETAIL ACTIVATION
Support the Retail & Wholesale Marketing Manager with the activation of seasonal plans & activations aligned to key stories
Working cross functionally with the VM team & EMEA Brand Marketing Manager to ensure retail activations are on brand and brought to life
BEACON STORE SUPPORT
Support brand activations in the beacon store when required, helping to drive brand energy and customer engagement
REPORTING & ADMIN:
Collate clippings and coverage from activations monthly.
Weekly reporting to support the weekly EMEA trade deck
Be aware of commercial and trade news/ press and market insight and share internally as appropriate.
Share activation summaries, marketing calendars and reports with internal teams and account managers.
Collaborate and contribute to monthly / seasonal reports and ensure circulation with key stakeholders.
Monitor calendars to ensure they are tracked and in line with projections and managed in a timely manner
Provide general support to the Retail & Wholesale Marketing Manager, UK Marketing team and wider EMEA Marketing team as and when required across all the aspects of seasonal plans.

Experience in Fashion/Footwear Marketing with expertise in wholesale.

Culturally attuned with a strong understanding of London and the rest of the UK.
Finger on the pulse - creative and industry network beneficial.
A strong digital and data- led approach with confidence in analysis and interpretation of results
Able to collaborate and engage across multiple departments, stakeholders, and customers.
Good understanding and experience in Brand Comms & Experiential Marketing.
A Good understanding of the competitive landscape in the UK mainly, but EMEA also.
Ability to work with internal and external partners and form relationships
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Ability to implement marketing activations with partners and project manage across multiple channels and customers.
Management of multiple Products within a brand portfolio
