Job Summary

We are seeking hard working and punctual candidates for a number of positions within our school uniform and babywear retail stores within the EK Shopping Centre.

We are looking for people who are focused and show a good attitude to work when they come in to work. We are approaching our busy school uniform period where we will require people who are willing to help parents with school uniform items and offer suggestions for their child.

EMBROIDERY TRAINING AVAILABLE ! - We are also able to offer training on our state of the art embroidery machines where you have the opportunity to learn a new skill and create logos onto clothing.

PLEASE NOTE - The salary for this role is in line with the National Minimum Wage and there is the opportunity for growth for individuals who show the right attitude and commitment to work.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Provide knowledgeable advice on product features and benefits. Process transactions accurately at the point of sale. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and warehouse tasks. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Participate in promotional activities and merchandising efforts. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
