We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Retail Assistants to join our team at our flagship store in
Victoria, Westminster
. As part of our front-line team, you will play a vital role in welcoming visitors, guiding them through the sign-up process, and representing the brand in a professional and friendly manner.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the flagship store. Guide individuals through the verification process using the Orb device. Provide clear information and answer customer questions in a polite, professional manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Report any technical issues or customer feedback to the store manager promptly. Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not essential. Confident, approachable, and able to communicate clearly with a diverse range of people. Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility. Comfortable using tablets or simple technology (training will be provided). Flexible to work shifts between
10am - 7pm, Monday to Sunday
