You'll be required to:
Boosting shop income with stock control, merchandising & great customer service
Coordinating Gift Aid & supporting income reporting
Recruiting, training & supporting our amazing volunteers
Helping launch pop-up shops & expanding our e-commerce
Managing rotas, shop van collections & volunteer drivers
Delivering a fantastic customer experience every day
We're looking for someone with the following:
1+ year retail experience
Confident, organised & a great communicator
Friendly team leader with a heart for helping others
Skilled in multitasking & admin
Positive attitude & full of fresh ideas
