Customer Service Assistant - Shell Bowburn-A1 services

Hours: Min 24 per week

Pay: 12.21/hour + incentives

We're looking for a reliable, friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Shell Bowburn (Durham A1 services)

You'll deliver an exceptional customer experience, promote shop offers and Shell GO+ benefits, and help keep the site clean, stocked, and safe.

You'll be measured on customer satisfaction and service quality, so a friendly, proactive approach is essential.

Shifts are typically 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-7am. Although most shifts will be morning or afternoon.

- Must have own transport (remote location)

- Not suitable for students or second jobs

-1+ year's customer service experience preferred

-Must be able to work independently

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
