Events Photo Team (EPT) is an attraction-based Photography Company, we currently operate an assortment of photography experiences across 22 sites within some of the UK's biggest and best attractions: including Sea Life, Madame Tussauds, Legoland Discovery Centre, The Dungeons, Cadburys World, ITV and Seasonal events.

A bit about the role...

Takes personal accountability and ownership for the quality of overall performance. Actively seeks opportunities for personal development. Excellent levels of Customer service. Commercially aware with a strong focus on improving the customer experience. Knowledge of cash management. Team management skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Previous industry experience preferred. Supervisory experience in a retail environment would be advantageous. You'll be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and become an inspirational leader, developing your team to their full potential and you'll possess a clear and open communication and leadership style. On occasion there may be an expectation to take photos poolside and or in the pool. Manage Water Photography Operations on site.

Role Accountabilities

Business Ownership & Operational Profitability

Minimize the cost of sales by accurately managing stock, employee costs and loss prevention. & understand how these controllable costs can affect profitability. Commercial awareness of current price package & promotions, delivering this confidently to customers and colleagues. Work with the Manager, to set & implement operational targets, including revenue targets and objectives. Reach and maintain an appropriate level of competence with regard to the operation of business systems & processes.
