Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable information about products, including features and benefits. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till. Maintain a clean and organised store environment, ensuring displays are appealing and well-stocked. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a passion for helping others. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to changes in the retail environment.

Pay: From 24,420.00 per year
