Retail Senior Sales Assistant

, you are required to work alongside the Retail Manager in the day-to-day management of the team, to maximise sales through effective stock ordering, merchandising and customer service standards with the ability to lead and motivate your team.

A working knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation is desirable, this role will particularly appeal to an ambitious retail assistant looking for the first step into retail management, full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

Full operational responsibilities for managing the shop in the absence of the retail manager. Driving sales through product availability. Delivery of exceptional customer service. To ensure compliance with health & safety and health & safety legislation. Excellent time management and organisational skills. 24 hours over 4 days per week to include weekends Competitive Rate of pay 12.51ph Opportunity to progress your career further Staff uniform provided.
