Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support their shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively, sell products, and maintain an organised environment will be key to your success in this position.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. . Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
