As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Duties

Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain a clean and organised store environment, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks. Support promotional activities and seasonal displays to attract customers. Communicate effectively with customers,

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required during peak periods. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed throughout the shift.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
