Do you want to work in the ultimate indoor LEGO playground? Then we have a Bricktacular opportunity for you! We're on the lookout for Retail Hosts to help create the most inspirational and outstanding LEGO play experiences for our visitors.

A day out at a LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is like jumping into the world's biggest box of LEGO bricks. And working in one is every bit as exciting! First and foremost, you'll be working on the front-line in our LEGO store, welcoming and greeting guests, taking an interest in their LEGO purchases, and using your LEGO knowledge to recommend other awesome sets that our guests might want to take home with them!

Not only are our guests hoping to find the perfect LEGO set, they will also seek your advice on how to use their LEGO Insiders points, and you'll surprise and delight them with showing off (and selling!) our exclusive LEGOLAND sets.

Our Retail Hosts are approachable, knowledgeable about the LEGO brand (or willing to learn), and always seeking to go the extra mile with every guest interaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience working in a retail environment previously is advantageous Experience with guest services or previous customer facing work is desired Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills Flexible to work around the operational calendar of the attraction (weekends, bank holidays)
