From the initial planning stages through to repurposing of materials at the end of the cycle, we are a valued partner to the clients we work with. Our core services are installation, merchandising, aftermarket and maintenance

Who Are We Looking For?

Previous experience is not essential, what's more important are the skills and behaviours needed to succeed in this role. You must be able to demonstrate a high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.


Key skills for the role include:


Full UK driving licence - you must be able to drive a van and meet our minimum driver requirements Technical ability - the ability to build displays, read planograms, work tidily and efficiently in a store environment Methodical - with a keen eye for detail, taking the time to ensure we deliver the client brief right first time Passion - you need the passion and drive to become an installations expert, working in our business that changes as quickly as the market we work in Confidence - with outstanding customer relationships and communication skills to liaise with store management teams Approachability - as part of our Tech Crew you'll be working in live stores - customers need to be able to approach you with their feedback whilst on-site. You are the face of Momentum whilst working in-store

What Does Your New Role Look Like?

Working on a fixed-term basis as a full-time member of our core team: The Tech Crew, you will be one of our Retail Installation Specialists - responsible for implementing retail displays for global brands within high street retailers.


On a typical day, you'll visit several retailers in your region. You'll be travelling within 80-mile radius from your home, we provide a company, vehicle, phone and all the kit you need to deliver an outstanding job and have the satisfaction of being able to say "I did that" whenever you look at a stand in-store.


You will do this by:


Shopfitting DIY assembly and relocation of display stands Changing and replacing visuals Installing Point of Sale Stand Maintenance
