Titcombe Bespoke Jewellery specialise in precious gemstones, diamonds and bespoke jewellery. We are an independent jeweller and manufacturer. We take pride in both the quality of our in house made jewellery, the high standard of our gemstones and diamonds and our exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and committed team player to join our Bristol team.

Apprentice Sales consultant based on full time hours of 9.15am - 5.30pm Monday - Saturday. You will have a day off between Monday - Friday. With a further day of study leave. Whilst our working hours are set you may be required to be flexible with these hours on rare occasions. Our Hours will not include Bank Holidays as we close and also close for minimum of 3 days at Christmas.

An experience in Jewellery and Diamond and/or other luxury products isn't a requirement as full training in both retail and Jewellery will be given, a positive can do attitude and a willingness to learn it what we want from you! ,

This is a Level 3 apprenticeship. This position is open to anyone over the age of Sixteen,

You will be required to:

Monitor and complete a variety of administration work.

Provide outstanding customer service, going above and beyond when required.

Once ready you will be expected to follow customer orders from start to finish ensuring that the deadline for the customer will be met. Laisse with external suppliers and our own workshops/goldsmiths/stone setters e.t.c. where necessary.

Assist in keeping the boutique in a professional standard of cleanliness, help with Social Media, and also help with photography of items for clients. Please don't be daunted, again full training will be given.

Abide to our security measures both inside and outside of working hours.

Pay: From 8.00 per hour
