As a

Banking Hub Manager

, you will play a crucial role in the efficient day-to-day operations of our

This position requires

proven experience in banking, financial services, or post office operations

. Candidates without prior banking or post office experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily banking hub operations

, ensuring strict compliance with financial policies and security protocols.

Assist and supervise

customers with

banking transactions

, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque processing.

Monitor cash flow and reconciliation

, ensuring accurate cash handling and compliance with anti-fraud measures.

Lead customer service excellence

, handling complex queries, resolving disputes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations

and organisational policies to mitigate risks.

Coordinate and liaise with Management

, financial institutions, and auditors to maintain operational efficiency.

Train and guide junior staff

ensuring they adhere to service standards and regulatory requirements.

Identify operational inefficiencies

and implement solutions to improve hub performance.

Handle and report incidents

, including security breaches, suspicious transactions, or operational disruptions.

Maintain high levels of confidentiality

and integrity when handling customer information.
Requirements:

Mandatory:

Previous experience in banking, post office operations, or financial services

(minimum

2 years

).

Exceptional cash-handling skills

with a track record of accuracy in financial transactions.

Strong leadership and managerial abilities

Advanced customer service and problem-solving skills
