The Role
This is a hands-on management position with real responsibility and room to make an impact. You'll take ownership of the retail operation while supporting the wider venue experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the retail shop
Delivering consistently excellent customer service
Leading, motivating and scheduling a small team
Managing stock control, ordering, merchandising and supplier relationships
Driving sales performance, promotions and product knowledge
Supporting simulator bookings, customer check-ins and bar service when required
Coordinating club repairs, fittings and workshop activity
Maintaining high standards of presentation, compliance and health & safety
About You
You'll be someone who:
Has a genuine passion for golf and retail
Has experience in retail or hospitality management (golf industry experience desirable)
Is confident managing people and taking ownership of results
Is commercially aware with a strong sales focus
Is organised, reliable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is friendly, approachable and confident dealing with customers
Salary & Benefits
Base salary between 26,000 and 30,000 per year, depending on experience
