```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the store's appearance
