Retail Marketing Executive- 12 MONTH FTC

Role Overview



This role is responsible forsupporting campaigns to drivethe profitability of the UK & ROI Retail store estate by positively impactingfootfall, Conversion, ATV, UPT across all store formats through flawlessly executed consumer-relevant marketing campaigns, promotionsand in-store communication (POS & Screens).



Key Duties/Responsibilities:



Support the Retail Marketing Manager to deliver on local, tactical, and reactive marketing strategies across the UK and ROI retail estate.



Lead the execution of local, omni-channel retail marketing campaigns in key locations to ensure we are present at every touch point in our customers journey.



Develop new store openings by ensuring appropriate 360 degree activation plans are developed and implemented and relevant actions are taken when stores are not performing.



Support with the briefing and roll out of in-store activations, to maximize impact and event success.



Be the dedicated person for your assigned projects - driving and executing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery (planning & coordination) of all assigned projects across the business and into markets (relevant, on time, on budget).



Briefing of multi-channel, creative and studio teams for Hoardings, POS, and digital media requirements.



Develop excellent working relationships with all stakeholders, partners & market/regional teams, working cross functionally.



Coordinate and produce wrap reports & support on relevant admin. Providing learnings, insights and knowledge gained on each project to inform and enhance each subsequent project. Bringing& sharing ideas, including research, with the team to enrich projects.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:



Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.



Demonstrates initiative and can-do attitude to solving problems.



Excellent attention to detail



Must be proficient in time management skills.



Previous Marketing experience beneficial.



PowerPoint & Excel skills essential.
