We're growing our Retail Media function at Screwfix and looking for an Operations Manager to lead the team that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.


As Retail Media Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the execution of our retail media plans - ensuring vendor campaigns go live on time, every time. From managing the performance of our adtech platform to supporting and developing your team, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and optimising how we deliver media for our partners.

Manage day-to-day media operations - ensuring every campaign is briefed, approved, and deployed correctly and on time. Drive yield optimisation across our on-site adtech platform - tracking performance, floor prices, and pricing strategy. Work closely with the Retail Media Lead to define yearly goals, priorities, and success measures to grow our Retail Media income stream. Build strong relationships with Marketing, Digital, and channel leads to ensure smooth planning and delivery. Own the financial reporting and invoicing process, ensuring everything is accurate and paid on time. Continuously improve internal processes, workflows, and SLAs to keep things running efficiently. * Coach and develop your team, providing feedback, guidance, and opportunities to learn and grow.
