Job Description

You will be responsible for:



Managing and responding to donor communications. Record and respond to written returns. Manage and update gift aid donor database accurately and effectively. Maintaining records and systems in accordance with the requirements of the retail team, including SharePoint and Vantage, to ensure efficient management of information Building and maintaining relationships both with external and internal stakeholders.

Key Criteria:



Excellent Organisational Skills with Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to organise own workload to meet changing deadlines Responsible and reliable, with the ability to work without supervision Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft packages, word, excel, PowerPoint, Email, and internet Emotional intelligence and creative problem solver Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals

Salary:

22,222-24,350 per annum

Contract:

35 hours per week 6 month fixed term contract

This role is office based in our Swindon Retail Operations site.
