Reporting to the Head of Retail, the role of the Retail Operations Administrator is to provide end-to-end support with all retail operations enabling our retail teams to operate efficiently and deliver their objectives. Communication, agility, eye for detail and strong Excel skills are a must for this role.

What Will You Do?





Providing Full Support to Field Sales Team to support them on all HR administration. Day to day contact with the retail staff with Queries and making sure their support is actioned with the relevant department. Support with providing reports on excel including creating pivot tables from data sources, maintaining formulas in excel tracking documents for head office and store. Managing the PO system: raising all Concur POs for the roll out of new stores, hygiene, stationary requirements and gift allocations as required Placing all tester, samples, new products and uniform orders, hygiene consumables as requested by the Retail Team Assist in preparation of all aspects of meetings with Retailers, including room bookings, set-up and clear down of meeting rooms, printing/binding all presentation materials, preparing gift bags and arranging catering needs Ensure all consumables are ordered for Retail training sessions and attend events when necessary Book retail travel for Team and conferences. Ensure new starters have onboarding operational information and uniforms, Rota training for new starters. To place weekly orders for Retail Stock cupboard and ad hoc orders. Keeping back up supplies for consumables, keeping stock room and retail area tidy of boxes. Assist the Retail Team in preparing Power point decks for Retail Staff, communication of focus moments, GWP promotions, Incentives, and winners. All aspects of motivational correspondence. Monitoring and issuing results. To carry out other duties as requested by management team from time to time. Including booking hotels, sending flowers and sourcing items for the teams. Arranging send outs from the warehouse. Order couriers and arrange deliveries to all stores, ensure all vendor relationships are maintained, liaising with Elemis Reception and Office Manager. Issuing weekly operations update via shared inbox with support of Operations team.

What we are looking for:





Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and passionate attitude. Able to prioritise tasks and manage expectations. Confident with numerical data, figure reporting and data analysis utilised Excel. Excellent attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communicator. Experience of working in a similar retail or brand environment. Proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with PO and Expenses systems.
