Job Description

The Retail Operations Assistant will support the Retail Operations Manager across all elements of sampling and POS placements. You will process orders for samples, swap outs and POS and track progress to ensure delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Generating customer invoices and updating budget tracker for POS Reporting on sample and POS stock levels and re-ordering samples/POS - in-line with budget and process Processing sample returns and allocating back to stock/Sales Team Co-ordination of all elements of sampling swap outs and returns for internal and external teams Reviewing customer survey results, identifyig themes and actions Data inputting to ensure weekly progress tracking reports are completed Liasing with installation partners, transport, logistics to support across all elements of POS and Sampling delivery

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a customer service role Strong team player with a collaborative approach Good communication skills written and verbally Attention to detail Time management - able to prioritise Demonstrate role model behaviours, best practice. Word/Excel/Outlook
