An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Antique Village: We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join the team at our destination in Hele, Exeter.
Who are We?
Opened in 2019, The Antique Village brand has grown significantly year on year to become one of the country's foremost Antique Centres. With over one hundred dealer concessions over three sales floors we are regularly featured on TV and have ambition to grow and develop even greater footfall and sales at our 'out of town' destination. We have raised the bar on traditional Antiques Centres and pride ourselves on a professionally curated, well merchandised store with a welcoming atmosphere for our dealers and customers alike.

A self-motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years retail management experience
Flair for visual merchandising and attention to detail

This role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring you to be on your feet all day with occasional heavy lifting; chests of drawers etc. Therefore, a good level of physical fitness is essential. The five day-a-week role requires you to work a weekend day - We are currently open Monday to Saturday.

Proven experience as a Store Manager

Managing and developing a team of sales sta?

Innovative visual merchandising creating an exciting and inviting store
Commercial decision making to maximise profit
Liaising with and recruiting dealers
Liaising with the Retail Operations Director to continually develop a clear strategy
Recruitment and training of staff
Loss prevention
Social media communication
Maintaining accurate administration

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
