We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee our retail operations and ensure the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily retail operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages growth and development. Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays to optimise sales performance. Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and operational procedures. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment. Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and inventory control with exceptional organisational skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or operations with a strong understanding of sales management principles. Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in a retail setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members alike; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous. Strong time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in merchandising techniques with an eye for detail in visual presentation. Administrative experience with proficiency in relevant software applications is preferred. Strong organisational skills complemented by effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers and suppliers.
