About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised

Retail Operations Manager

to oversee the booking, setup, and management of Emerald Solar retail stands across shopping centres and supermarkets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys negotiating prime retail locations, managing multiple sites, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while representing a strong, professional brand.

Key Responsibilities

Book and negotiate retail stand spaces with shopping centres and supermarkets Build and maintain relationships with centre management and commercial leasing teams Coordinate stand setup, logistics, permits, and compliance requirements Oversee daily operations of multiple Emerald Solar retail stands Ensure brand presentation and customer engagement standards are consistently met Monitor performance and operational effectiveness across sites Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide hands-on operational support Coordinate staffing schedules and stand rotations as required
Requirements

Proven experience in retail operations, field management, or multi-site retail roles Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously Hands-on, solution-oriented approach Excellent communication and organisational skills Willingness to travel between shopping centres and supermarkets Experience with kiosks, pop-up stands, or shopping centre retail is highly desirable

Full U.K Driving Licence is a MUST*
