9:00 am - 5:00 pm, 5 days over 7 (on a rota basis, including weekends)

We are recruiting a Retail Sales Adviser / Retail Assistant to join our friendly Chester store. This is a customer service-focused retail role combining face-to-face sales, product advice, and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering excellent customer service and consultative sales in-store and over the phone Advising customers on mobility products, healthcare retail items, and disability support solutions Supporting customers with product selection to improve daily living and independence Assisting with stock handling, merchandising, and in-store displays Supporting sales targets, upselling opportunities, and store initiatives Assisting with the delivery of products to customers' homes when required

What We're Looking For:

Experience in retail, sales assistant, or customer service roles (preferred but not essential) A caring, approachable manner and confidence speaking with people from all walks of life Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift and handle stock in a retail environment Full UK driving licence and daily access to a vehicle Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends
(Enhanced DBS check required - cost covered by Ableworld)
