About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role combines traditional retail duties with social media, content creation, modeling, and stock management responsibilities. You will help drive sales, increase store footfall, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage proactively with customers to drive sales and provide tailored product advice.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Promote the store through social media, local marketing, and personal outreach.
Plan, create, and publish engaging sales-focused content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Model and feature in photos and videos showcasing products and in-store promotions.
Respond to online enquiries, comments, and messages promptly to encourage engagement.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
Process payments accurately and manage stock in line with company standards.
Receive, check, sort, and price deliveries, ensuring all stock is ready for sale.
Steam, prepare, and replenish stock to maintain sale-ready products.
Ensure all social media and marketing content complies with company policies, brand guidelines, GDPR, and advertising standards.
Perform any other duties requested by management.

Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to convert interactions into sales.
Enthusiastic, persuasive, and professional online and in person.
Strategic use of social media to drive footfall and sales.
Comfortable on camera, creating and appearing in digital content.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Team-oriented but able to work independently to achieve targets.
Numeracy skills and competence with cash registers and card machines.
Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures relevant to retail.
Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
