As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering the experience our customers deserve. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring that the store is well-merchandised and organised.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable advice on product features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. keep your department visually appealing through effective merchandising. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service delivery. Keep abreast of product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

Experience in merchandising is advantageous, showcasing an eye for detail in product presentation. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately. A friendly disposition with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with all our customers. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
