As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while also driving sales revenue through effective communication and relationship-building. You will primarily engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products, services, and processing orders. This role does not involve cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
Follow up with customers after events or promotions to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to customers.
Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable and confident in handling phone conversations with customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
