Job Summary

Are you friendly, reliable, and love working in a fun, creative environment? We're looking for a part-time retail assistant to join our team at our busy balloon and party supply shop!

Hours

:

10 hours per week, to include weekends. Additional hours may be available to cover holidays and staff sickness - flexibility is essential.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting customers with purchases and party planning needs. Operating the till and handling transactions. Stocking shelves and maintaining shop presentation. Learning to inflate and arrange balloons (full training provided). Helping prepare and package party orders.

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, positive attitude and good customer service skills. Flexibility to cover shifts when needed. Previous retail experience is a bonus but not required - we'll provide full training. Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
