The Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our store--helping customers find what they need, offering expert advice, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. You'll work on the shop floor, handle transactions, and help maintain the store's presentation and stock.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with product information and recommendations Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately Maintain clean, tidy, and well-organized sales floors and displays Support stock management, including receiving and unpacking deliveries Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets Resolve customer queries and concerns with professionalism and care Uphold store policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy retail setting Basic numeracy and IT skills Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours Available for full-time work with immediate start
