Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when required. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. Stay informed about promotions, new products, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation effectively. A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques.
