Job Description
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our brand. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect products. Your positive attitude and product knowledge will ensure every customer leaves with a smile--and ideally, a purchase!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide product recommendations and detailed information Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards Replenish stock and assist with inventory management Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with care
What We're Looking For:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, friendly, and approachable attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings A genuine passion for helping customers and making sales
