Little Blue Finch is a warm and welcoming family-run boutique with shops in Tonbridge and Maidstone. What began as a small market stall has grown into a beloved local business, known for its carefully handpicked gifts, stylish clothing, and thoughtful homeware. At the heart of Little Blue Finch is a close-knit team who have worked together for years, creating a friendly atmosphere where customers feel at home. Our newest shop has recently opened in the Marlowe Arcade Canterbury and we are looking for a part time team member to join us. Weekend availability is required but these will be fairly distributed amongst team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing a warm, friendly welcome to all customers Offering styling advice and gift suggestions with confidence and care Handling sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintaining the boutique's appearance, ensuring displays are tidy and inviting Supporting stock management, including unpacking deliveries and restocking Contributing to the positive, community-focused atmosphere of the shop
We're looking for someone who:

Is approachable, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoys helping others Has strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail Works well independently and as part of a small team Is flexible and happy to help where needed Takes pride in creating a lovely environment for both customers and colleagues
Retail experience is a plus, but not essential--what matters most is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and grow with a business that values people and passion.
