Working in our shop requires a friendly, hard working individual who will be on hand to serve customers and provide top level customer service, carry out bra fittings (previous experience in this is not necessary as training will be provided), general daily cleaning tasks, taking and fulfilling customer orders.
The position will be temporary to cover maternity leave.
Hours will be during the week and Saturdays on rotation. On occasion additional holiday hours will be required to be covered too.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
Provide knowledgeable advice on product features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Promote ongoing sales initiatives and upsell additional products to increase store revenue.
Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and customer service standards.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
Strong organisational skills to maintain a tidy work environment and manage stock effectively.
Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls when necessary.
