FULL TIME RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT
to join ourConeys
store in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.Salary: Minimum wage dependent upon wage.
Hours: Full time hours (40 hours per week), applicants must be flexible as this role will include both weekday and weekend hours.

Description
: The Retail Sales Assistant that we employ must be motivated and make a contribution in support of achieving all sales targets (both individually and as part of a team). In order to do this, they must have a detailed knowledge of all clothes/shoes/accessories being sold in the store, presenting features and benefits of each. They must work positively in all areas of the position, including selling and back of house support (admin and stockroom). We expect a strong focus upon customer service and the presentation of excellent people skills.Experience
: We are looking to recruit someone who has had some previous experience of working as part of a busy sales team and previous experience with menswear clothing would be desirable. They must have had experience of adopting a pro-active selling approach, being responsible for approaching customers and initiating conversation to establish their needs and completing with excellent customer service.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
