As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our exquisite jewellery collections. This position is essential for enhancing customer experiences and driving sales.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to effectively communicate the features of our jewellery. Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor that reflects our brand standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
