We are a family run retail (DIY) outlet, supplier of painting, Tiles, bathroom fittings and other decorating products. Candidates applying for this post must have
expereince
and a good working knowledge in Paint, Bathroom, Plumbing and Tiles store - however, training will be given where appropriate. Please note: Some lifting is required.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Serve customers and help them find products they are looking for in the shop
2. Give information about the features, quality and availability of different products
3. Arrange order and deliveries of stock for customers
4. Make sure that showroom and work areas are kept tidy
5. Check order(s) with customer, to ensure there are no damages before order leaves the store
6. Chase up order(s) and contact customers if order is in or if there is a delay.
7 Good working knowledge of MSW
8. Some knowledge of operating a Point of Sales Epos till system would be useful - however, not essential as
full training will be given.
